Participation in self-defense training—whether in-person or online—may involve physical activity, contact, and exertion.

By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, emotional distress, or property damage.

4. Liability Waiver

Participation in classes may require signing a separate liability waiver. That waiver is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Failure to sign a required waiver may result in denial of participation without refund.

5. Medical Responsibility

You confirm that you (or your child) are physically capable of participating in self-defense training. Defense in Heels does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions.

You are responsible for consulting a medical professional if needed prior to participation.

6. Minors

For participants under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and sign all required waivers. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

7. Payments, Refunds & Transfers

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Classes are non-refundable

  • Classes are non-transferable unless explicitly approved

  • Missed classes are forfeited

  • Digital products and online classes are non-refundable

Defense in Heels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If we cancel a class, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, videos, logos, graphics, class materials, and downloads—is the intellectual property of Defense in Heels and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Product Sales

Products sold through our website or partner platforms are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Defense in Heels is not responsible for misuse of any self-defense tool.

10. Limitation of Liability
