Defense in Heels Returns to Channel 3 ARC This Week 💪📺

We’re excited to share that Defense in Heels is heading back to Channel 3’s ARC this week to continue an important conversation: empowering women and families with real-world safety skills that actually work.

ARC (Advocacy, Resources, Community) shines a spotlight on organizations making a difference in Southern Nevada, and we’re honored—again—to be part of that mission.

Why This Matters

Being featured on Channel 3 ARC isn’t just a media moment (though we won’t lie, we love a good camera angle 😉). It’s an opportunity to reach more women, parents, and community leaders with a message that’s at the heart of everything we do:

Self-defense is about confidence, awareness, and having options—before you ever need them.

During the segment, we’ll be talking about:

  • Why women and children need statistically proven, practical self-defense training
  • Common myths about personal safety that put people at risk
  • How preparedness builds confidence—not fear
  • What makes Defense in Heels classes different (hint: designed by women, for women, with hands-on practice)

From the Studio to the Streets

Our goal is always the same—whether we’re in a classroom, a Girl Scout meeting, or a TV studio:
to help women and children feel strong, capable, and prepared in everyday life.

This ARC feature helps us extend that mission beyond the mat and into living rooms across the valley, opening the door for more conversations about proactive safety, self-worth, and community protection.

Thank You for Being Part of the Mission

Every time Defense in Heels is invited back, it’s because of you—the women who train with us, share our content, bring us into schools and organizations, and believe that safety education saves lives.

If you catch the segment this week, we’d love for you to:

  • Share it with a friend
  • Start a conversation about safety
  • Or take the next step and join us in a class

Because confidence looks good on everyone—and it’s even better when it’s backed by skills.

Stay safe. Stay strong.
