This USCCA Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals class gives women the education, training, and confidence required to safely and legally carry a firearm in Nevada—without intimidation, ego, or judgment.

Designed by women, for women, this class focuses on real-life decision making, legal responsibility, and confident carry—not bravado or bootcamp energy.

⚠️ Important Expectations (Read This—It Matters!)
This class is not designed to teach you how to shoot for the first time. While we do review handgun fundamentals, this is a concealed carry and legal responsibility course, not a beginner shooting class.

👉 If you are brand new to firearms, we strongly recommend taking our USCCA Women’s Basic Handgun Class first so you feel confident and comfortable before CCW day.

This comprehensive course includes both classroom instruction and live-fire range qualification and covers:

🔹 Legal implications of possession, transportation, and use of force

🔹 Handgun fundamentals review: grip, stance, sight alignment & trigger control

🔹 Home defense planning and safe storage
🔹 Emotional, legal, and real-world aftermath of a self-defense incident
🔹 Shooting qualification test (required for permit application)

This course provides everything required to apply for your Nevada Concealed Firearms Permit (CCW). A physical application will be provided for submission at your local sheriff’s office (LVMPD for Clark County), where fingerprinting and photos are completed.
