Your girls will laugh\, learn\, and leave feeling stronger and more prepared to handle the world around them. \nWe’re offering three engaging sessions tailored to each Girl Scout level: \n🐣 Daisy/Brownie Class\nPlayful yet powerful\, this session is age-appropriate and empowering. We’ll cover basic safety rules\, how to speak up with confidence\, and simple self-defense moves\, all while keeping it FUN and interactive! \n🌼 Junior/Cadette Class\nThis level builds on basics and dives into friendship drama\, bullying prevention\, boundary setting\, and stronger verbal defense strategies. \n💪 Older Girls Class (Cadettes\, Seniors\, Ambassadors)\nA more in-depth look at self-defense\, social pressures\, and personal boundaries. Perfect for girls navigating high school\, relationships\, and independence.
